This location was exceptional, so close to nature and serenety rather than technology, and Marrakech itself. It also was anywhere in a cab.

Good meals, overall everything was good.
The rooms were big size and exceptional, included an electric kettle, a microwave, and climate control. We had kitchenette too. Very amiable and extremely helpful staff made the experience here very lovely. The hotel's location was tranquil, very close to nature and serenety rather than technology, Marrakech, Morocco, and the centre of town. Spent our evenings in nearby The Lord High Admiral enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Great meal options and the staff were really nice. the pool was also very clean and clear, with fresh roses decorating the premises. the hotel also did a great job of keeping the hotel quiet, so it was a peaceful stay that allowed me to rest up for other busy days.
The Wifi issue was a real inconvenience as it was only in the lobby and at the pool. I also didn't appreciate having to wash dishes, as I believe such tasks ought to be done by the hotel's staff.

Relaxed getaway with excellent staff who were eager to help. The gardens and pool area were maintained to a high standard, providing a peaceful setting ideal for both families and couples. We also enjoyed delicious meals served by the poolside.
Limited facilities such as no phone or wifi in the bedrooms. The location was further from the city center than expected, resulting in increased cab expenses.
